1. What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
2. What if I receive a defective item?
If your item arrives defective, you are fully eligible for an exchange. Simply reach out to us immediately upon receiving your order and we'll take care of the rest.
3. Can I inspect the item before accepting it?
Absolutely. You're welcome to inspect your order while the courier is present. If you decide to refuse the order after inspection, you will only be responsible for the courier's delivery fee.
